Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding proposal, professional engagement or guarantee of a particular result.

Engagements

An enquiry, Auri summary or email exchange does not by itself create a client, Growth Partner, advisory or contractual relationship. Paid appointments, office visits and project commencement are not available during the founding launch. When paid appointments open, any booking will create only the limited engagement described at checkout and in the applicable written terms. Any broader engagement must be separately agreed in writing.

Fixed fees and scope

Published founding-offer fees describe the planned fixed scope but cannot currently be purchased. When availability opens, work outside the stated scope will be quoted separately. A Conversation fee will not be automatically credited toward an Intensive or another Aura service unless Aura Media Elevation agrees otherwise in writing. Auri cannot negotiate, discount or vary an offer.

Future paid online and telephone conversations

When made available, the Private Growth Clarity Conversation will be a fixed-scope paid appointment for one organisation, one attendee and one defined decision or challenge. Payment through the approved Google Calendar and Stripe checkout will confirm the selected appointment, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms shown before payment.

The Conversation will provide live verbal advisory only. Unless separately agreed in writing, it will not include research, an audit, a recording, written recommendations, templates, prompts, workflow design, implementation or follow-up consulting.

Future paid office engagements

Office appointments and walk-ins are not currently available. Registering interest in the Private Growth Clarity Intensive does not reserve an appointment or require payment. When availability opens, Aura Media Elevation will provide the agreed scope, total price, engagement terms, cancellation and rescheduling conditions, invoice and proposed appointment options before payment. An appointment will be confirmed only after written acceptance and cleared payment.

Workflow and responsible AI engagements

Workflow & Responsible AI Enablement is separately scoped in writing. The Growth Partner must have authority to approve access, integrations, data use and production changes. Aura uses named, least-privilege and revocable access; the Growth Partner retains its passwords, authentication factors, recovery methods and ownership of its accounts, data, billing and client-specific production configuration.

Third-party software, licence, API, implementation and usage costs are separate unless expressly included in writing. Material changes are tested, approved and documented within the agreed scope. AI-assisted output remains subject to appropriate human review, and Aura does not guarantee savings, productivity gains or a particular commercial result.

Auri

Auri is a genderless AI concierge character and is not human. Auri’s responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as binding advice, pricing, approval or a commitment by Aura Media Elevation.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original copy, design, brand elements and materials are owned by or licensed to Aura Media Elevation. They may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without permission.

Aura Media Elevation retains Aura OS and its pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, prompt libraries, orchestration patterns, quality controls, systems, proprietary workflows and general know-how. Subject to the written engagement terms, a Growth Partner owns its accounts and data and receives an internal-use licence for the client-specific configuration, documentation, runbook and training materials delivered to it. Recording, transcribing, publishing, reselling, teaching, distributing or entering Aura’s proprietary materials into public or shared AI systems requires prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce malicious material, automate abusive submissions or provide information you do not have authority to share.

Third-party services and availability

Booking, CRM, payment, security and other functions may rely on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
